Most importantly, you should not watch TV late night in front of children. You should cultivate food habits so that your kids also follow the same.

At first, you need to regularize all other activities of your kid, if you want to improve a good sleep routine. For example, dining must be done in a particular time; there should be regulation of bath time, play time, study time and so on. These will definitely normalize the sleep routine too.
