The Weight Gain and Yeast Infection Connection

The most obvious symptom of a yeast infection is weight gain.   As mentioned earlier, you may have an unexplained weight gain, and Candida yeast infection could be the cause of this sudden weight gain. 

The reason Yeast Candida causes weight gain is because the beneficial bacteria that keeps yeast under control is destroyed.  It can be destroyed with the usage of birth control pills, steroid drugs, and antibiotics used to control acne and other bacterial infections.

As a whole, a Candida yeast infection can be onset by a poor diet that includes too much sugar, fats, and simple carbohydrates.

Candida yeast infection is preventable and it starts with the foods that you eat.  To prevent a yeast infection, cook foods that are free of yeast, refined sugar and grains; and wheat, dairy, casein and gluten free as well.  

When you start eliminating yeasty foods, your health will improve over time; the yeast infection symptoms could even cease altogether.  You will feel like a new person.  Others will notice the difference too; you will lose the excess weight associated with the yeast infection.
