Juice Plus+ Complete Weight Loss Plan
Start the day with hot water and a little lemon juice or a slice to cleanse your system and wake up digestive tract.
The aim of this plan is to speed up metabolism and burn you body fat store for energy.
Make sure your portion sizes are right for you. If you use your hands as a measure, you
should be able to cover all the food on your main meal plate by placing them together over
the food like a domed cover and all snacks such as nuts and seeds should fit into a cupped
hand.
Meal Description
Breakfast
JP Smoothie – 1 scoop of JPC, 1 banana, a handful of any berries with a little fruit juice (grape, pomegranate or blueberry is the best) add filtered water to thin to desired consistency. (if you are female and weigh 9 stone or less you can reduce this to ¾ scoop per meal) You can mix double the quantity and keep cool for lunch time but it will not keep longer once mixed. The best way to have lunch smoothie is to mix everything else together then add JP Complete powder and mix well with a fork or in a sports mix container.
Snack
Any piece of fruit or 2 Oat cakes with humus and or sliced tomatoes Small handful mixed unsalted nuts and dried fruit
Lunch

Evening Meal
– Steam vegetables, don’t boil and never use microwave.
– Salad with organic chicken or fresh fish Fish,
– Meat with 3 new potatoes or sweet potato mash with a squeeze of lemon juice, any green vegetables
– Vegetarian or meat casserole or roast with new potatoes or sweet potato and mixed green vegetables
– Any stir fry with brown rice & quinoa or egg noodles
– Add spinach into meals whenever possible
If you need to munch something in the evening have carrot sticks and humus.
NB You can swap your evening meal for a smoothie and have a healthy lunch such as stuffed brown pita or 2 slices granary bread with lots of fresh mixed salad plus avocado, roasted veg, oily fish or organic chicken
