This shift may come only through education, teaching children to make right choices about how they nourish their bodies and brains. Fruits don’t taste less delicious than products with sugar as their main ingredient. And they don’t add extra sugar, which kids’ organisms will appreciate.

Almost nothing is known about the long-term impacts of multiple chemicals in the body over long periods. There are more than several hundred active ingredients registered as pesticides. Nobody can tell how these ingredients impact the bodies of our children. We can’t control what is in our air, water and soil, but we can control what is in and on our foods!
