Part of my job requires me to visit hospitals. Seeing so many sickly people who aren’t very old has really motivated me to get healthy and stay healthy. I want my kids to grow up having a healthy father who can will be in good health as they grow old. There are 1,440 minutes in every day. Taking just 30 minutes a day to exercise can really make a difference in your life. Here are 11 great reasons to start exercising. Daily exercise…

8. helps prevent diseases like osteoporosis, type II diabetes, and even depression.

10. improves sleep and gives you more energy when you’re awake.

Remember that exercise by itself can only do so much for your health. Be sure to eat right and get plenty of sleep. When I first convinced myself that I needed to get healthy, I had no clue that half the foods I was eating were bad for me.  Be sure to study up on foods and their nutrition values.  If you get really serious about your new exercised lifestyle, you may want to consider adding vitamins and other supplements to your diet. Most of us even if we try to eat healthy do not get all the nutrients that our bodies need since our foods have been so depleted of it’s natural nutrients. Enjoy your healthy lifestyle.
