How to Sustain your Weight after your Weight loss?

You might not agree with me, but the truth is, there is no such thing as perfect diet and exercise program that you can hook up on the internet. Other person’s program might not fit your lifestyle and your physiology, the best thing that you can do is to have a complete understanding of your body by asking your physician and then start stitching your personalize diet plan.

Most diets are similar in some aspect or another but not all body compositions are the same. Once you have come up with your personalize plan and it suits you well, the real battle is just beginning. Did you know that 90 percent of dieters once reach their goal will eventually grow big again? It can be blame on lack of determination or simply they grew tired of the diet plan they had.

That is why it is very important that you choose the right diet plan for your body, or else you will be one of the 90 percent who fail to maintain their healthy body weight.

Here is how you can sustain your healthy weight:

  • The rule of the King, the prince and the popper: We have heard of this before, and no matter what type of healthy plan you have, it is not healthy unless it follows the rule of the King, prince and popper. Eat as a King during breakfast because it allows the body to have enough energy for the day and it provides more time to digest the food. Eat like a prince during lunch, since you have eaten a sensibly big breakfast, you will less likely feel hungry during this time. Eat like a popper at your dinner because your metabolic rate is significantly dropping at this time.
  • Accountability: those who succeed in sustaining their ideal weight have a strong sense of accountability. If you want to be accountable of your weight, you should keep a close eye on your daily waist measurement and BMI.
  • Never skip breakfast.
  • Move, move, and move: I do not personally care where you get your exercise from, as long as you are moving and sweating bullet I would say a healthy dose of exercise will go a long way.
