Other, sometimes fatal, diseases are also being linked to the disease.

Testing for Celiac Disease or Gluten Intolerance:

If you are concerned about your health, there is a simple test available to determine if you suffer from Celiac Disease. A patients blood is screened for Antigliadin (AMA) and for Andomysium Antibodies (EmA). One can also have a biopsy on an affected area. If you are concerned, please call your doctor as soon as possible.

Treatment for Celiac Disease:

Anyone who suffers from gluten intolerance must avoid all products that contain gluten for the rest of their life. If a patient wants to avoid all of the risks and complications it is imperative for this lifestyle change.
