1) Monitor your day by day calorie intake:
• Write down everything you eat in a day
• Ponder what to cut off and add in your diet chart
• Look for alternatives to unhealthy foodstuff you have identified

• At TV time, lets do skipping rope, doing jumping jacks, marching in place and weight training are all good ways of revamping your usual TV time into workout time.
• Play in the garden
• Wash your car by hand.

• Take the stairs instead of the elevator
